What do we do with your personal data?
The European Union has adopted a new regulation on the protection of personal data (EU General DataProtection Regulation 2016/679). This regulation is directly applicable in all EU countries as from 25 May 2018.
Therefore, in line with the new legislation, we would like to inform you about what we do with your personal data and what rights you have in this regard.
When you apply for membership for INBA, or register to attend certain of our activities, we need some of your personal data, such as your name, (invoice) address, e-mail address. We store this information and use it to send you your invoice and to provide you with the latest information on INBA events.
When you sign up to receive our news updates, we store your email address with the purpose of including you in periodic email updates about various INBA activities.
Some data of those who register to attend our events (names and organisations only) will be provided to paid members of INBA in advance of those events.
At some of our events photos will be taken and will be placed on this website and on social media (INBA’s twitter feed).
Should you, for any reason whatsoever, object to the storage and/or publication of one or more of your personal data (including a photograph in which you can be recognised), you may at any time request us not to publish this data or to have data, that is already published, removed. You also have the possibility to have your data changed, corrected or removed from our database.
You can make such a request known to us by sending an e-mail to: info@INBA.nl.
